Chief Executive Officer (WSSCA)

The Government of KPK is cognizant of the importance of Municipal Services and its role in the growth of urban centers. In this regard, the Government under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister has established Water & Sanitation Services Company Abbottabad with the sole objective to deliver standard services of the citizen of the area. The Government is all geared up to implement its reform agenda and invest in the province to enhance water and sanitation coverage. We are looking for dynamic professional to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Abbottabad on contract basis for the period of THREE YEARS.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 15 years post qualification demonstrated / progressive experience as:

Up to 55 years as on closing date of the advertisement.

1. Educational Qualification
   1. Possess, at least, BS Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Master's in Environmental Sciences, from a well reputed institute/university and recognized by the HEC OR
   2. Be a Member of a Recognized body of Professional Accountants, OR
   3. Professional with a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration or Finance or Commerce or Marketing or equivalent from any Institute recognized by the HEC.
2. Experience:
   1. A Chief Executive Officer or at Senior Management i.e., General Manager / Head of Finance or operations level in Public or Private Sector Organizations preferably in WATSAN / Municipal Services, OR
   2. A Head of Department/Senior Level Position in relevant professional areas including Engineering/ Technology, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce or Marketing in significant organizations with a commercial orientation, OR
   3. Member of governing body of a Professional institute.

Pay package will be market based and negotiable depending upon experience and exposure of the candidate.

1. 2. The applicant shall submit a declaration on a non-judicial stamp paper of requisite value as per the sample attached in application form.
3. Government servants are equally eligible to apply for competitive selection through proper channel.
4. Documents to be sent to the office of the undersigned via registered post/courier only.
5. Experience mentioned in the application form must be supported with documents i.e. experience certificates & service certificates (in case of latest job), failing so will lead to be non-consideration of experience for that particular position. No documents will be accepted/changed after closing date. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
6. Equivalency certificate from HEC Pakistan to be provided by applicants in case of foreign qualifications till the closing date. In progress degrees/programs/certificates will not be considered.
7. All pre-requisite degrees / qualifications must be minimum 16 years of education or equivalent, less than 16 years will not be considered.
8. Relaxation in age will not be admissible.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
10. WSSCA reserves the right to stop/cancel the recruitment process without providing any reason.
11. No forms will be accepted after closing date of application.
12. Last date for receipt of applications in WSSCA is 15 February, 2022.
