- At least 2nd Class Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University / Institution.
- Minimum 17 years' experience in BPS-17 & above in Government / Public Sector University/ Autonomous Bodies 1 Institution / Board / Authorities or Professional experience in reputable organizations.
- Proven Managerial experience in implementation and supervision of large construction / maintenance projects of buildings / roads / water supply / sanitation and related civil works and working in HEIs Projects shall be preferred.
- Must have exposure of working with Government contract procedures and construction works with firm control.
- Excellent knowledge of Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules / Regulations.
- He / she must be registered as Professional Engineer with PEC registration.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Age limit is relaxable as per Government policy.
- Those candidates who are working in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel with Departmental Permission (NOC) and no application shall be entertained without submission of such NOC in this office within due date.
