Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Information System (IT) or computer sciences from a reputed university or similar qualification of a relevant field

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation systems and instruments as well as in measuring performance

Pakistan has one of the largest refugee populations. Most of the Afghan refugees live in
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), an economically weak province, bordering Afghanistan. High percentage of vulnerable groups among refugees and host communities are exposed to various stress factors' uncertainties, lack of perspective/livelihoods and violence. These factors have a direct impact on the social well-being of the individuals and communities.

"Social Support for Afghan Refugees and host Communities (SSARC)" programme, aims to provide or/and strengthen the capacity of relevant actors to deal with social needs of both target groups. Furthermore, the programme will activate and strengthen context and gender-sensitive social support and encourage a spirit of community self-help the programme will be implemented mainly in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). • At least three to five (3 to 5) years of experience in the field of organising activities with young people based on their needs and expectations
• At least three (3) years working in the field psychosocial support (PSS)
• Experience in networking with non-governmental organisations. Government agencies, universities and professional associations
