Pakistan Ordnance Factories Wah Cantt, a huge Public Sector industrial Complex is looking for dynamic, self-motivated, energetic & innovative thinker to join as Project Director for Electronics Manufacturing Setup on contract basis initially for a period of Olx year further extendable on performance basis. POF intends to establish state of the art Electronics Manufacturing Setup. The complex will have modernized manufacturing facilities.

ELIGIBILITY PRE-REQUISITES & EXPERIENCE:

• PhD Master's degree in Electronics Engineering discipline having 10-15 years experience of

Installation /Commissioning of Electronics Manufacturing Setup.

• Have hands-on experience of Project Management (PMP Certification is preferable)
• Must have background for establishment of industrial unit as turnkey project.
• Be able to effectively coordinate and carryout project planning including budget, timeline of installation and commissioning of equipment and machinery keeping in view intel standards and latest tech.
• Administer all aspects of project including team management, procurement of required eqpt / machinery, and training of manpower.
• Has served in public or private sector at position of Protect Director or equivalent.

REMUNERATIONS: Competitive pay package (Negotiable).
AGE LIMIT: Minimum 40 years - Maximum 55 years.

POF intends to establish state of the art Computer-aided Technologies Complex. The complex will have modernized engineering design and analysis facilities.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishment of CTC comprising advanced level design, simulation and prototyping center.
• Formulation and implementation of strategies / roadmaps to define and fulfil CTC establishment goals.
• Supervise selection and deployment of requisite software(s), machines and prototyping equipment.
• Recruit / develop suitable design, simulation and prototyping teams to work on different product design and development projects.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to teams in engineering systems, analysis, advanced simulation and general engineering design principles
• Deployment of a robust computational infrastructure to supportthe platforms for CTC needs.
• Provide guidance in modelling, tool selection, processes and bottlenecks
• Coordination with stockholders to develop leading-edge methodologies and templates
• Establishing repository of modelling methods and data for rapid starts on new endeavours / projects and programs.

ELIGIBILITY PRE-REQUISITES:

• PhD/ Master's degree in engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with emphasis on leading a product design & manufacturing team. Proven track record of successful projects, materializing outputs in CAD/CAM/CAE software and product environments.
• Expertise in project management, systems engineering, design engineering methods and product development in an industrial environment.
• Experienced in realizing complex vision aligned with diverse technical, programmatic, management and infrastructure inputs/ requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and teamwork skills.
