General Manager
(Corporate Planning, Strategy & Business Development)
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of and report on the Strategic Plan, and facilitation for the Corporate Strategic Business Plan.
- Development and management of project plans as directed by the Corporate Business Plan.
- Review strategic, corporate and departmental business plans regularly to ensure tasks and milestones are being achieved in a timely manner and preparation of governance reports, project status reports, presentations, agendas etc. are completed.
- A strong strategic analytical focus that guides the development of key performance indicators in order to monitor progress of projects that implement the Strategic and Corporate Business Plan
- To lead in identifying, attracting, and acquiring new
businesses to further Company's revenue and growth goals. - Work closely with client service team to manage relationships with clients, review client and prospect performance, check continued client satisfaction and extend relationships accordingly.
- Create and execute strategies to meet or exceed annual goals and objectives in the areas of growth and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduate preferably Mechanical Engineer, or Management Graduate (16 years of education) with at least 14 years of post-qualification experience including 4 years' experience in Oil & Gas sector.
Experience of investment banking deal structure shall be preferred.

General Manager (Cathodic Protection)
Key Responsibilities:
- To supervise the operations of all Cathodic Protection Stations spread all over the company's network; Transmission and Distribution.
- To supervise the design and construction of new CP stations.
- To analyze the Cathodic Protection survey reports and feedback on coating deterioration.
- To prepare, review and finalize specifications for materials and equipment to be utilized by the department.
- To revalidate the Pipeline Integrity Assessment and identify the vulnerable sections.
- To ensure thorough and credible technical audits of the CP Stations/Test Points.
- To analyze the Technical Audit Report.
- To prepare the Revenue and Capital Budgets of the department.
- To prepare agendas and maintenance plans for approval of the BOD and OGRA.
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduate, preferably Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineer with at least 14 years of post qualification experience including 4 years' experience in Oil & Gas sector, preferably Cathodic protection experience.
Experience of reporting profit & loss statement is required.

General Manager (Balochistan Region)
Key Responsibilities:
- To act as the custodian of Balochistan region's distribution network and ensure smooth and efficient supply of gas to all types of consumers.
- To prepare the Revenue and Capital Budgets of Balochistan region.
- To implement management policies for efficient and secure operations of Distribution Network (Operations & Maintenance) and Distribution Development.
- To plan and ensure minimum UFG losses throughout Balochistan region.
- To do strategic planning and Load Management of gas dui during shortage periods.
- To monitor the sales activity in Balochistan region in order to meet the given targets for new connections; Domestic, Commercial and Industrial.
- To ensure and monitor monthly joint meter calibration between Transmission and Distribution meters.
- To closely monitor the recoveries from the defaulters in Balochistan region.
- To Strategically plan for combating crisis and unforeseen changes in operational scenarios.
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduate, preferably Mechanical Engineer with at least 14 years of post-qualification experience including 4 years' experience in Oil & Gas sector, preferably in downstream.
Experience of reporting profit & loss statement is required.
