Pakistan Super League 2019

Pakistan has successfully arranged 3 Seasons of Pakistan Super League. This year they are coming back with more sensational ‘Pakistan Super League 2019'.  It will be played between 6 Teams. The season will be started in Dubai. It is announced that the League would take place from 14^th if February till17th of March 2019. The format of the League will be T20. The first edition was launched in 2016. The most recent edition was launched in 2018 and the PCB has taken a step again in this year 2019 to bring it out for our Nation.

PSL has managed to play final 8 matches in Pakistan.  And the final of PSL will be played in National Stadium of Pakistan located in Karachi. This season consists of six teams Islamabad United, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiator, Lahore Qalander and Multan Sultan.

Team squad is selected on the base of the following categories.

Platinum category: $140,000-230,000

Diamond category: $75,000-80,000

Gold category: $50,000-60,000

Silver category: $22,000-33,000

Emerging category: $10,000-12,000

All the team squads are selected on this bae and teams are now ready to go.

Karachi Kings Team

Karachi King is ready to show their performance with strong hitting batsman and fast bowlers. Their team is owned by ARY Group (Salman Iqbal, CEO). They have a major batsman like Babar Azam, Colin Munro, Colin Ingram, Ravi Bopara, Mohammad Rizwan (Wk) and Abrar Ahmed as an emerging star.

Islamabad United

Islamabad United got some awesome players to help them win the tournament as they won the previous league. Islamabad United owns batsmen like Luke Ronchi, Asif Ali, Ian Bell, Philip Salt and bowlers include Shadab Khan, Mohammad Sami, Rumman Raees, Samit Patel, Waqas Maqsood and Zahir Khan as an emerging bowler. And they have got All Rounder Like Faheem Ashraf. Misbah ul Haq has proved himself as a precious Gem for the whole team. Islamabad United is owned by ‘Leonine Global Sports' (Ali Naqvi and Amna Naqvi).

Quetta Gladiator

Quetta Gladiator has shown their performance and proved that they are second to none. Quetta Gladiator is owned by Omar Associates (Nadeem Omer, Director). This team has proved himself by its performance under the captaincy of Sarfaraz Ali. This time the Gladiator's squad has batsmen like Sarfraz Ahmed, Rilee Rossouw, Umar Akmal, Saud Shakil and they include Danish Aziz and Ahsan Ali sa emerging players. This time they have got awesome series of All Rounders like Sunil Narine, Dwayne Bravo, Shane Watson, Sohail Tanvir, Mohammad Nawaz, Anwar Ali, Saud Shakil and they include Ghulam Mudassar and Nasim Shah as emerging players

Peshawar Zalmi

Peshawar Zalmi had been the most favorite team of most Pakistanis. This time the squad got Wahab Riaz and Hasan Ali as Platinum Bowlers and Keiron Pollard as Platinum All Rounder.

The team is owned by Haier Pakistan (Javed Afridi, CEO).

Lahore Qalanders

Lahore Qalandor had been the emerging team of PSL in the previous edition. In this season they have got  AB de Villiers and Fakhar Zaman as Platinum Batsmen and Mohammad Hafeez as Platinum All Rounder. In this season, they have included Umair Maqsood as emerging Bowler.

Lahore Qalandor is owned by Qatar Lubricants Company (Fawad Rana, MD).

Multan Sultan

Multan Sultan was added in the PSL in the previous edition. Their performance showed their passion for victory. This time they have got Andre Russell as Platinum Batsman and Shoaib Akhter and Shahid Khan Afridi as Platinum All Rounder
