Punjab Police Inviting Applications from Male and Female Civilians for Different Vacant Positions

Along with the other positive steps taken for the betterment of the country, the Government of Punjab is running a computerized program across Punjab for the positive and remarkable change at the police station level as well as for resolving the public grievances. The scope of this program is being expanded after observing its success at the massive level. 

The major objective of this program is as follows:

• Always strive for the public services in the police station.
• Computerization of the Police Station Records
• Resolving the complaint of the citizens coming to the police station
• Shaping the system for Police Station as E-Correspondence 

The Punjab police department is inviting the applications from both male and female candidates All the individuals who are dedicated to serve the public and are IT professionals on contract basis for the following vacant positions. 

Police Station Assistant

• Qualification: ICS from recognized educational board.
• Computer certificate: (MS Office) from recognized institute
• Typing speed: for English: 35 WPM
• Typing Speed: For Urdu: 25 WPM 
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years

Senior Station Assistant

• Qualification: ICS from recognized educational board.
• Experince: Three years Relevant experience in the respective field
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years

Instructions for Candidates:

• Candidates will not be permitted to submit their forms for any other city except their permanent or temporary resident address. 
• The PSA/SSC candidates can only apply for their respective domiciled district.
• The candidates will be required to provide their original documents for verification. In case of any counterfeiting, a legal action will be taken against the culprit.
