This Position will be reporting to Head of HR and job duties including but not limited to managing the end to end recruitment cycle. Asssitant HoD in indentification of Training need Assessment. 

extend support in Indutrial Relation matters and building employee relations across the board.

The Incumbent must be an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills. She/He should be a business

graduate specialized in HR from reputed university having 4-5 years related experience. Proficient in MS Office would be a plus.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Applications. accompanied with complete bio-data and academic / experience certificates along with 02 passport size photographs and photocopy of CNIC duly attested must reach to, Office of the Hospital Director, QHAMC MTI-Nowshera, on or before 02-03-2022 i-e Wednesday on a prescribed Job Application form through registered postal mail or courier service. Candidate arc also required to send their CV via email at HIZaqhainc.gov.pk Job Application form may be downloaded from official website of MTI QHAMC www.qhaime.gov.pkiwww.rmicnaedu.pk.
  2. Any application / documents-received after the closing time and date shall be rejected. No documents- will be accepted /- changed / replaced once received along with the application. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
  3. Application, to be considered, must be accompanied with receipt in UM, Account No 0109000238227761 amounting to Rs.500/- (non- refundable) as a processing fee in favor of Hospital Director QHAMC-MTI, Nowshera
  4. Experience Marks for the relevant experience shall be awarded to only those candidates who provide valid documentary evidence for the claimed relevant experience required for the position applied for.
  5. It will be the responsibility of candidate to provide valid equivalency certificate from HEC Pakistan along with the application to justify their academic eligibility for the post to be applied for.
  6. Only a limited number of shortlisted candidates will be called for test/ interview as the case may be and as deemed appropriate by the administrational the MTI, QHAMC.
  7. In case of selection / appointment, the services of such candidates will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 and the rules / regulations framed therein, as amended from time to time.
  8. All the processes related to selection of appropriate candidates will be done on merit. Any candidate attempting to influence the recruitment and selection processes will render the candidate liable for rejection from the selection process.
  9. Candidates already serving with any public or private sector organization or department shall route their application through proper channel.
  10. Civil servants applying for the post must resign from civil service. If the resign from civil service is not accepted within the probation period, in case of selection, the employment shall stand terminated ib initio. Civil servants on long leave from civil service must not apply.
  11. The Competent Authority of MTI-QHAMC shall have the under the vested righto increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
  12. All the shortlisted candidates shall produce the original documents credentials at the time of interview.
  13. No travel subsistence expenses, TA/IM shall be admissible by the mu, QHAMC to the candidates for attending the Test Interview.
